Classes are designed to instill confidence, promote self-discipline, and improve physical fitness and concentration for all students at any ability level and age.
Skills and techniques learned through martial arts teach children, teens, and adults lifetime lessons!
Our classes are open for students ages 6 and up.
Karate classes are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6-6:50 p.m. in Metamora. These classes are for our core curriculum.
Our class for competition team and weapons is 7-7:50 on Wednesdays.
Our dojo is at the Metamora Park District office on the historic town square.
Sensei Adam Bockler
Sensei Adam Bockler has practiced karate since 2003. He has coached dozens of students through the ranks, and has led competitors to victory, as well.
Sensei Adam is ranked as a 2nd-degree black belt under Hanshi James Gifford.
