”Metamora Martial Arts has been an amazing opportunity for our son. He has loved learning from Sensei Adam, who is patient, kind, talented, and knowledgeable. Our son is learning more than just karate moves. He is learning the importance of lessons like courage, integrity, and more. Highly, highly recommend.

What Students Will Learn
In our Karate Core Class, our instructors will work closely with students to master essential techniques like stances, strikes, blocks, and kata, all while building physical fitness and mental strength. They’ll develop resilience, focus, discipline, self-control, and self-confidence—skills that benefit them in school, sports, and life. With just two classes a week, your child could achieve a black belt in approximately 3 and a half years. Karate is more than a martial art; it’s a pathway to becoming a stronger, more confident individual.
