It’s hard to believe, but Christmas is just about two months away.

I’m a planner, and if you are, too, I wanted to help you start thinking about what your karate student might love to unwrap from under the tree this holiday season.

Keep reading to discover what your student would beam about opening as a gift!

1. Apparel To Support Their School

Metamora Martial Arts logo T-shirt

In the spring, we introduced our latest line of merchandise in partnership with LogoWear on the Metamora square.

The best part?

Purchasing from our store supports two local businesses!

T-shirts, long sleeves, crew necks, and hoodies are available in both youth and adult sizes.

Free pickup is available.

2. Bo For Kobudo Training

Also this year, we introduced kobudo (weapons) training into our Wednesday Specialty class at 7 p.m.

Specifically, we’ve started with bo (staff) by learning what we simply call Bo 1, a short series of blocks, thrusts, strikes, and pokes with the bo.

I have used bos for sale that you can take home today, or I can get you a new one.

  • USED: Available as is for $10
  • NEW: Tapered, hardwood bo available for your child’s height for $39.30.

3. Gear Bag To Transport Equipment

Premium sport bag from Century Martial Arts

Help your student transport their uniform, belt, sparring gear, or other specialty equipment to and from class with a brand-new gear bag

Choose from a more simple sling bag starting at $14.99, mesh tote, duffle, or a more premium bag.

Multiple colors are available for some items.

4. New Gi Top Or Bottoms

A white karate uniform from Century Martial Arts

Has your student grown this year?

Now is a great time to check your student’s uniform fit.

Maybe their gi top isn’t closing as well as it was in the spring.

Or, maybe their pants look like high waters heading into the winter.

If their belt is getting too small, chances are we’ll have a test soon enough where they can level up both their rank and their size.

5. Practice Mitts, Shields, & Bags

If your student wants to get extra practice in at home, help them by holding a target pad for their kicks and punches.

  • HAND TARGETS: Starting at $22.99
  • HANGING BAGS: Starting at $59.99
  • FREESTANDING BAGS: Starting at $179.99

6. Belt Displays

A 10-level belt display from Century Martial Arts

Show off your student’s hard work with a belt display

Help your student see how far they’ve come, and help them set goals to achieve future ranks.

  • BELT DISPLAYS: Starting at $39.99

Think your child would like something else besides what I’ve listed here?

Ask me if we can get it for them!

How To Order & Support Metamora Martial Arts

While you can order through Century directly, placing orders with me is your best option because you’ll be supporting our program.

Why?

I’ll cover shipping (unless it’s a heavy item like a bag) because I’ll group your order with others.

Plus, you support a small business by letting me order for you!

If you place an order directly with Century, Metamora Martial Arts won’t see any benefit.

I’ll be placing orders on a regular basis from now through mid-December.

To place your order with me, please follow these steps:

1. Write Down Your Items

  • Item
  • SKU
  • Size
  • Color
  • Quantity (if you want more than 1)

2. I’ll Figure Tax

I’ll tally up your items and let you know what the final total will be.

3. Pay Through Multiple Options

I accept…

  • Cash (exact change)
  • Check (made out to Metamora Martial Arts)
  • PayPal
  • Venmo

I appreciate your business!
